Direct Primary Care

 

Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a relatively new and rapidly growing concept in the healthcare industry. Integrative Wellness is thrilled to be the first DPC provider in Rhea County! Using the DPC model, patients are offered basic primary care services at an affordable monthly rate made possible by not utilizing health insurance. DPC clinics generally have less patient volume than traditional offices, allowing us to offer same-day visits, zero to minimal waiting room time, and relaxed, unrushed visits with your provider.

 

Your monthly subscription includes unlimited visits, both in person and via telehealth. Your initial visit must be in person.

Call/Text your provider DIRECTLY 

​ROUTINE LABS INCLUDED up to 4 times per year - all other labs requested are offered at a discounted rate.

​ Flu/Covid/Strep throat/Pregnancy/UTI testing - up to 6 (total) per year

​Procedures included: trigger point injections, EKG, abscess lance and drain, etc. 

 

If elected and available, SELECT prescription medications may be offered at a lower cost than most pharmacies. - This can be especially helpful to those without health insurance or high-deductible plans.

Additional services: IV hydration, Toradol, and Steroid injections are available for purchase

DO I STILL NEED HEALTH INSURANCE?

​

YES - Integrative Wellness does not offer coverage for emergency medical care, hospitalizations, prescription medications, and more. 

 

You may use your health insurance for other services including emergency room visits, hospitalizations, prescription medications at your preferred pharmacy, visits to specialty providers, imaging, physical therapy, immunizations through clinics- including most large retail stores, routine screenings (mammogram, colonoscopy, etc.), and more.

* Integrative Wellness DPC does not offer memberships to patients under the age of 18.

* Due to current legislation, Integrative Wellness is NOT able to serve patients with Medicaid (TennCare) at this time
