Direct Primary Care

 

Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a relatively new and rapidly growing concept in the healthcare industry. Integrative Wellness is thrilled to be the first DPC provider in Rhea County! Using the DPC model, patients are offered basic primary care services at an affordable monthly rate made possible by not utilizing health insurance. DPC clinics generally have less patient volume than traditional offices, allowing us to offer same-day visits, zero to minimal waiting room time, and relaxed, unrushed visits with your provider.

 

We understand that healthcare is NOT a one-size-fits-all! With that in mind, we offer 3 different membership packages for primary care! Let's talk about which of these would SAFELY meet your medical necessities.​

DO I STILL NEED HEALTH INSURANCE?​

YES - Integrative Wellness does not offer coverage for emergency medical care, hospitalizations, prescription medications, and more. 

 

You may use your health insurance for other services including emergency room visits, hospitalizations, prescription medications at your preferred pharmacy, visits to specialty providers, imaging, physical therapy, immunizations through clinics- including most large retail stores, routine screenings (mammogram, colonoscopy, etc.), and more.

* Calls/texts after 9:30 pm Eastern MAY NOT  be addressed until the following morning. For immediate/emergent needs, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.​

* At this time, Integrative Wellness does NOT offer memberships to patients under the age of 18; we CAN offer PRN sick day/urgent care visits.

​

* Due to current legislation, Integrative Wellness is NOT able to offer memberships to patients with Medicaid (TennCare) at this time - we CAN offer PRN sick day/urgent visits.
